Obec Hendrichovce le\u017e\u00ed v \u0160ari\u0161skej vrchovine v doline rieky ve\u013ekej Svinky. Obyvatelia sa v minulosti zaoberali tradi\u010dn\u00fdm po\u013enohospod\u00e1rstvom a povozn\u00edctvom. Do roku 1918 obec administrat\u00edvne patrila do \u0160ari\u0161skej stolice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

V strede dediny n\u00e1jdete historick\u00fa pamiatku-klasicistick\u00fd ka\u0161tie\u013e, ktor\u00fd sa postavil na star\u0161\u00edch z\u00e1kladoch. Budova je dvojpodla\u017en\u00e1, blokov\u00e1 stavba, ktor\u00e1 m\u00e1 na z\u00e1padnej strane mal\u00fd balk\u00f3n s kovovou mre\u017eou a inici\u00e1lami SG. Predpoklad\u00e1 sa, \u017ee prv\u00fdm majite\u013eom k\u00farie bola M\u00e1ria Hedri, ktor\u00e1 nechala opravi\u0165 aj miestny kostol. Od konca 18. storo\u010dia vlastnil ka\u0161tie\u013e rod Ghill\u00e1ny, ktor\u00fd ho dal do z\u00e1lohy Jozefovi Ganczaughovi a jeho man\u017eelke. No najv\u00e4\u010d\u0161iu z\u00e1sluhu na zmene k\u00farie na klasicistick\u00fd ka\u0161tie\u013e mal bar\u00f3n \u0160\u00e1ndora Ghill\u00e1nyho, ktor\u00fd ho zv\u00e4\u010d\u0161il a prebudoval v roku 1832. Spom\u00ednane inici\u00e1ly pravdepodobne nepatria \u0160andorovi Ghill\u00e1nymu ale Stefanovi Ganczaughovi, ktor\u00fd v ka\u0161tieli pre\u017eil cel\u00fd svoj \u017eivot. No s\u00fa to len dohady, ke\u010f\u017ee inici\u00e1ly sedia na oboch majite\u013eov. \u00a0Zmeny na ka\u0161tieli prebiehali do za\u010diatku 20. storo\u010dia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nov\u00fa podobu dostal v roku 2018, kedy sa za\u010dala rozsiahla rekon\u0161trukcia ka\u0161tie\u013ea, v prvej etape prebieha rekon\u0161trukcia fas\u00e1dy a vonkaj\u0161ej \u010dasti budovy, nesk\u00f4r bude prebieha\u0165 aj rekon\u0161trukcia interi\u00e9ru.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
